En tant que Responsable Service Support & Supervision, vous encadrerez une équipe de 5 personnes et vous serez responsable des activités de support et de supervision pour l'ensemble des réseaux gérés par la LoB Services de Telespazio France à Paris.
Animer et encadrer l'équipe du Centre de Support Client, en répartissant les responsabilités et les tâches, et en organisant la planification des activités de quart et d'astreinte.
~ Définir, choisir et mettre en œuvre les procédures et les outils de supervision et de suivi de la qualité de service.
~ Diagnostiquer et améliorer en continu les procédures/processus d'exploitation et les outils du Centre de Support Client.
~ Assurer la prise en charge dès les premières phases de mise en œuvre de la structuration et de l'organisation des fonctions de support pour les nouveaux clients.
~ Participer à l'anticipation des risques techniques et fonctionnels et à la mise en œuvre des actions permettant de les réduire.
~ Assurer la responsabilité technique et fonctionnelle du Centre de Support Client en charge du support 24h/24, 7j/7 aux clients et de la supervision 24h/24, 7j/7 des réseaux et services.
~ Issu(e) d'une formation BAC+4/5 (Master, Ingénieur généraliste, etc.), vous possédez une expérience professionnelle d'au moins 5 ans, dont une expérience dans la gestion de services de télécommunications satellitaires.
Anglais (B2/C1) : Aptitude à converser, rédiger et présenter des documents
Sens de la relation client et excellentes compétences relationnelles.
