- Define a comprehensive global digital transformation strategy in line with the local leaders' vision and priorities
- Understand the context and challenges of the local market to influence the global roadmaps and change strategies
- Manage a global team of digital managers in charge of the local implementation and adoption of the tools
- Coordinate change management initiatives to ensure a smooth transition to digital processes and tools for our internal and external stakeholders
- Set up and improve the Procurement customer service team in charge of dealing with L1 business and digital queries from external stakeholders
- Monitor customer satisfaction
- Typically handle 1M€ budget
- Typically manage ~20 people, internal & external Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
- Knows how to attract and keep top talent

- Experience: > 10 years
- Relevant Experience: at least 5 years of total working experience in an manager role

Job DescriptionAs Executive Director, Digital Transformation Procurement, you are part of the Group Procurement Organisation.
This person will be responsible for the deployment and adoption of all our Procurement digital platforms in the world and providing support to digital tools customers.
