- Définir une stratégie commerciale pour la catégorie en adéquation avec la vision groupe.
- Mettre en place des business plan avec les principaux partenaires dans le respect de la stratégie commerciale globale et sectorielle.
- Adresser et vendre les différentes solutions 360° du groupe Veepee (stock, média, Marketplace) en fonction des besoins et enjeux des partenaires.
- Organiser et mettre en place les différentes ventes événementielles (Classiques, One day et connectées) en collaboration avec les services transverses (production, logistique, marketing, planning)
- Négocier les offres et les conditions commerciales tarifaires, logistiques et contractuelles
- Analyser les offres en amont et les ventes post mortem :
- Analyse des KPIs de CA, marge, conversion, panier
- Identification des leviers doptimisation et de croissance
- Elaboration des recommandations en interne et en externe auprès des marques
- Piloter lactivité sur sa catégorie : monitorer un budget et atteindre les objectifs clés fixés par la direction Prospection:
- Démarcher et convertir de nouvelles marques françaises et internationales, référentes sur son marché (Participation à des salons Français et internationaux) Expertise Secteur
- Assurer une veille permanente sur ses catégories on et off line.
- Connaitre et maitriser l'évolution de son marché, des produits, des tendances, des acteurs et de la concurrence
- De formation supérieure de type École de Commerce, vous justifiez d'une expérience professionnelle confirmée d'au moins 5 ans en tant qu'acheteur ou Key Account Manager.
- Vous disposez d'un excellent relationnel et dun bon niveau de discours, vous aimez négocier et prospecter de nouveaux clients. Vous êtes passionné(e), orienté(e) résultats mais également clients et marques, vous savez être innovant(e) et créatif(ve) dans votre approche commerciale.
- Vous justifiez dun bon niveau danglais, d'une bonne capacité d'écoute et avez le sens du service clients.
- Votre capacité d'adaptation, votre dynamisme et votre goût pour le challenge vous aideront à vous épanouir au sein de notre structure stimulante et ambitieuse
- Un bon niveau dExcel est requis pour ce poste.
