- Project management: management of project and coordination with customer
- Internal coordination: with other implementation teams and experts (Fares, ancillaries, impacted systems, Digital...) and R&D teams
- Implementation activities: delivery of the solution, functional expertise, migration strategy definition and application
- Lead the project with the customer and sponsors, organize regular status meetings, follow actions and risks, define mitigation plans and manage escalations
- Establish joint baseline plan with the airline and follow tracking of activities
- Lead the implementation team participating to the project (Fares, ancillaries, loyalty and others)
- Coordinate internally with R&D development teams for the activities and features to deliver
- Responsible for the setup of the solution in test and production
- Define the overall migration strategy for a customer
- Handle the migration activities, rehearsals and cutover with the airline
- Provide technical and functional support
- Support UAT and BPT testing from the airline
- Participate to the creation and improvement of implementation processes in collaboration with R&D development teams.
- Contribute to the serviceability of Amadeus solutions
- Lead knowledge transfer and industrialization of new Amadeus solutions.
- Very good knowledge of the airline IT business (such as Reservation, Ticketing, Pricing or Ancillary Services)
- At least 7 years of experience in solution management, project management, and/or implementation.
- Project management skills
- Autonomous, proactive, problem solving, and ability to communicate with business and technical stakeholders
- Fluent in English

We're seeking an Implementation Project Manager to work on the
Fare Family Community Solution (Branded Fares).
Fare Family Community Solution has been developed by Amadeus to support airlines in their business and IT transformation related to fare families (also known as Brands).
More and more airlines are going through a large transformation of their marketing strategy by reworking their brands model. This includes the restructuring of their brands and benefits associated (baggage policy, seating, priority services...) to better tailor their offers to passengers' needs and differentiate themselves from the competition.
Such transformation has impacts on the whole ecosystem of the airlines: from the restructuring of their fares to the Revenue Management and Revenue Accounting Systems, as well as many other areas such as DCS, digital, ATO/CTO, impacted systems, seating, ancillaries...
Our team is leading these significant projects, from scoping exercise to cutover, offering our expertise and ensuring consistency between all impacted domains involved in airline side, spanning from 9 months to +1 year duration.
Your main responsibilities
You will hold the following responsibilities within these large projects:
Due to working in a customer-facing, you should have the ability to work hands-on with all levels within an airline customers' business and within Amadeus solutions. During the course of a project, you may be requested to travel and work off-site at the customer's location.
