Formation supérieure en Informatique avec 2 ans minimum d'expérience en management d'équipe et/ou dans le développement d'applications et de solutions informatiques
Expérience de la gestion de développeurs techniquement forts, même si vous ne possédez pas ces compétences techniques.
Expérience et sensibilisation aux méthodologies de développement de logiciels, en particulier agile.
Capacité à communiquer en anglais (à l'écrit et à l'oral).
Une expérience dans un environnement international.

Our Data & Application Strategy Team is looking for a talented and ambitious new Engineering manager F/M to join our team in HQ.
Establish a solid management support structure for the team to alleviate stress and administrative work so the team can focus on what they do best – develop software.
Create and foster a highly effective environment in the development squad, which also includes scrum masters, system analysts.
Work with each team member to create and monitor key performance and growth plans, including career path plan that includes training, new challenges and coaching needs.
Experience in managing technically strong developers, even if you don't have these technical skills.
Experience and awareness of software development methodologies, especially agile.
Great communication skills – discussing and consulting problems with team members, senior leaders and product owners.
Fluent in English (written&oral)
