    Responsable Régional H/F

    L'enseigne s'appuie sur son principal atout, ses équipes de vente et ses équipes supports qui au quotidien développent une expertise inégalée pour délivrer une expérience client de qualité.

    L'ensemble des équipes travaillent dans un mode On line / Off line.

    Vos principales responsabilités sont de :

    Garantir l'atteinte des objectifs de chiffre d'affaires et de rentabilité

    Garantir le respect de l'identité de l'enseigne Marionnaud et l'application des normes et des standards de l'entreprise

    Garantir l'animation managériale et commerciale de votre secteur

    Contribuer à définir et faire évoluer les différents outils de travail et procédures

    Soutenir les magasins de votre secteur dans la résolution des dysfonctionnements éventuels, être force de proposition et d'innovation

    Profil

    Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme Bac+5 de type école de commerce ou université.

    Vous avez une première expérience d'au moins 3 ans dans un poste similaire (gestion multi-sites, plus de 10 magasins a minima) dans le secteur de la distribution/ Retail.

    Vous savez faire preuve de ténacité.

    Vous êtes organisé.e, et autonome.

    Vous êtes orientés.ées résultats.

    Vous êtes dynamique, avez un bon relationnel et de bonnes capacités à communiquer. Vous disposez de bonnes qualités d'écoute.

    Nombreux déplacements (quotidiens) / Environ 17 magasins / Véhicule de fonction
