- As the L'Oréal expert and point of contact for one specific external partner, drive the implementation of AI recruitment assistant: Conduct training sessions for recruiters on effectively utilizing AI recruitment assistant.Follow up on actual adoption and implement actions to ensure adoptionStay updated with the latest advancements in AI recruitment technology and recommend improvements.
- Manage LinkedIn recruiter products (licenses and job slots): Administer and optimize the allocation of LinkedIn recruiter licenses and job slots. Monitor usage and provide recommendations for maximizing the effectiveness of LinkedIn recruiter products.
- Animate LinkedIn recruiter community: Organize webinars, workshops, and training sessions for the LinkedIn recruiter community. Share best practices, success stories, and industry insights with community members. Gather feedback from the community and ensure communication with LinkedIn Support team
