Technicien de maintenance CVC expérimenté H/F
Intégré au sein d'une équipe de 5 salariés SPIE, vous intervenez en itinérance sur des sites tertiaires et garantirez la performance des installations CVC (Chauffage – Ventilation – Climatisation)
Parce que vos compétences techniques très solides vous permettent de travailler en toute autonomie et d'agir sereinement et efficacement lors de vos interventions, vous saurez :
- Assurer la maintenance préventive et les dépannages sur des installations CVC : Centrale de traitement d'air (CTA), groupes d'eau glacée, chaudières et réseau d'eau chaude, paramétrage de la GTC
- Réaliser les travaux induits (P5)
- Réussir les demandes d'intervention de votre encadrement et être amené à réaliser des astreintes
- Appliquer les principes de sécurité au quotidien et participer à leur amélioration

- Assurer la continuité du fonctionnement des installations en veillant à la bonne exécution des prestations
- Renseigner des rapports d'intervention
- Remonter les informations nécessaires aux devis et à la préparation de travaux d'amélioration ou de modification

- Travailler de concert avec vos pairs et favoriser l'esprit d'équipe
- Participer aux diverses réunions techniques
- Entretenir une relation commerciale forte, grâce à l'écoute du client, un sens du service et des conseils avisés
Votre profil
Vous commencez à vous projeter dans le poste ? Si vous avez occupé un poste similaire dans le domaine de la maintenance durant au moins 4 ans, si vous êtes titulaire d'un bac pro ou d'un BTS de spécialité technique CVC, d'une habilitation électrique et d'un permis B, alors rencontrons-nous rapidement
