Poste : Votre mission ?
Basé à Paris Tivoli, vous intégrez une équipe d'une dizaine de RRH dont la mission est d'accompagner nos Directions métiers notamment la direction informatique dans la mise en oeuvre de notre politique Ressources Humaines.
Vous travaillez ainsi en proximité auprès des managers et des collaborateurs des Directions qui vous sont confiées.
Ces collaborateurs étant localisés sur plusieurs villes en France, des déplacements sont parfois nécessaires.
Et concrètement ?
- Assurer la mise en oeuvre de la politique RH au sein d'un périmètre métier.
- Accompagner & conseiller les managers de la Direction support/Métier dans les transformations & la résolution de leurs problématiques RH.
- Accompagner individuellement les collaborateurs dans leur quotidien et leurs projets professionnels.
- Contribuer à la politique de GPEC pour le périmètre dédié.

Profil : - Vous avez une expérience RH dans un environnement digital et informatique (minimum 5 ans d'expérience) au sein d'un grand groupe multisites.
- Vous savez analyser des situations complexes.
- Vous êtes curieux, adaptable et agile.
- Une intelligence situationnelle et un sens politique vous caractérisent.
- Vous travaillez en mode collaboratif en présentiel et à distance.
- Vous êtes business Partner.
