    Au sein de la Direction Marketing/BizDev Mobility France, vous intégrez l'équipe "Classified et transactionnel" qui mène les réflexions stratégiques permettant d'anticiper les évolutions de marché, de rechercher les leviers de croissance et d'innovation, et de les mettre en place.

    Vous gérez de A à Z des projets marketing qui accompagnent le déroulé de la stratégie et le développement Business de la verticale. Votre rôle sera de définir les opportunités de développement en lien avec le directeur marketing/BizDev "Classified et transactionnel" et d'accompagner leur exécution avec des équipes internes pluridisciplinaires (produit, technique, commerce, communication, juridique...) et externes (les partenaires).

    Vous serez également chargé(e) d'analyser les performances des projets mis sur le marché et de recommander des optimisations et améliorations continues.

    Vos principales missions en tant que Chargé Chargée de marketing Mobility France seront les suivantes :

    • Participation à la mise en place de la stratégie Mobility France du groupe

    • Veille du marché français et international, rencontres des différents acteurs sur le marché

    • Analyses et recommandations approfondies selon les problématiques définies dans la stratégie: identification des nouveaux leviers de croissance et innovations

    • Participation aux exercices budgétaires avec le directeur marketing/BizDev "Classified et transactionnel"

    • Cadrage et suivi des projets selon la stratégie définie (priorisation des développements P&T)

    • Participation aux discovery avec P&T des projets en portefeuille et accompagnement dans le temps

    • Réalisation d'études dans le cadre d'identification de besoins utilisateurs (sondage, étude quali, quanti, user research...)
    Vous justifiez d'une expérience d'au moins 3 ans en gestion de projets marketing, de préférence dans le domaine du digital.


    • Bonne compréhension des enjeux et définition des problématiques

    • Capacité de dresser un plan d'étude et le mener en autonomie

    • Maîtrise des techniques de modélisation (market sizing, Business plan, analyse des KPI)

    • Capacité à présenter de manière synthétique ses résultats d'étude et formuler des recommandations

    • Esprit critique et capacité naturelle à prendre du recul

    • Bonne aisance relationnelle et grande faculté d'adaptation

    • Anglais courant (écrit et oral)
