- Formation Bac +4/5
- Connaissances de Sales Navigator
- Expérience en gestion de projets
- Anglais courant indispensable
- Excellente maitrise d'Excel obligatoire
- Trés bon relationnel, capacité d'écoute
- Trés bon niveau de français et d'anglais aussi bien à l'écrit qu'à l'oral
- Rigueur, capacité d'analyse des données et bonne maitrise administrative

Computacenter recherche un Sales Enablement Specialist H/F pour rejoindre son équipe Commerciale.
Votre environnement
Sous la responsabilité du Directeur Sales Enablement Europe, vous aurez pour mission d'augmenter l'efficacité et la performance de l'équipe commerciale française.
Vos missions
Prendre en charge le pilotage et l'exécution des programmes dans une logique d'amélioration continue (Exemple de programme : Onboarding, Future Talent, Apprentis, Career PAth...). Le tout en s'appuyant sur les programmes existants au sein du groupe mais en produisant une déclinaison locale adaptée à la France.
En corrélation avec les ressources humaines, tenir à jour le plan de formation des Sales, appuyer les Managers dans la construction du plan annuel détaillé
Contrôler que la montée en compétence sur le « Portfolio » (des offres / technologies / services) est effectivement réalisée .
Matrice de performance
- Suivi des KPIs, communication et partage
- Contribuer à la définition des objectifs annuels au sein de l'équipe commerciale en lien avec l'amélioration de l'efficacité
- Appuyer la mise en œuvre des actions visant à supporter l'engagement des Sales
