Le siège du Printemps recrute son ou sa futur(e) Responsable Ressources Humaines H/F en CDD basé sur Paris.Rattaché à la DRH digital, vous aurez pour principales missions:Piloter et mettre en oeuvre la politique Ressources Humaines en adéquation avec la stratégie de Place des tendances et Printemps.comAccompagner les responsables dans leur management de proximité pour garantir un bon climat de travail, une communication interne de qualité et un suivi qualitatif de l'ensemble des collaborateursSuivre la réalisation des entretiens annuels et en assurer l'exploitationEtablir le plan de formation, accompagner les évolutions professionnelles et mobilitésAccompagner la direction de l'entreprise dans l'application de la réglementation relative au droit du travail conduire les évolutions.Assurer la préparation de toutes les réunions paritaires et les animer (CSE, SSCT), veiller à la qualité des relations avec ces partenairesAssurer, en coordination avec le Directeur Place des tendances, ainsi que la Directrice , une gestion des frais de personnel et des effectifsGarantir le bon déroulement du processus de paie et des éléments qui la constituent, coordonner les calculs de primesAccompagner les opérationnels dans leur analyse des besoins de recrutementPiloter les process de recrutements étudiants, employés, agents de maitrise et cadres des profils digitauxpour l'ensemble du groupe

Vous vous reconnaissez dans les missions de ce poste ? Nous recherchons une personne dotée du profil suivant : Vous êtes diplômés d'une formation de type Bac +4/5 (universitaire ou école de Commerce) avec une spécialisation RH.Vous justifiez de 5 à 10 ans d'expérience dans la fonction RH dans l'idéal sur un périmètre e-commerce / digitalCompétences/Savoir-faire requis :. Maitrise des techniques et méthodes de recrutement,. Solides connaissances en droit social,. Expérience des relations collectives et gestion des instances,. Capacité à gérer des projets,. Sensibilité mode, luxe et grands magasins.Qualités :. Sens du service, empathie, bienveillance et qualités relationnelles,. proximité, sens du terrain, opérationnalité,. Force de proposition,.
