    Poste : LHH Recruitment Solutions, cabinet de conseil en recrutement, intérim spécialisé, management de transition, et évaluation d'expert.e.s, cadres et dirigeant.e.s, recherche pour son client un assistant ADV H/F pour une mission d'intérim de 8 mois basé à ORLY.

    Au sein de la Direction des Systèmes d'Information, le CIO-Office a pour mission de garantir le bon fonctionnement de l'organisation DSI, garantir la conformité des activités tout en favorisant la transversalité avec les directions du Groupe Aéroports de Paris et animer la démarche d'amélioration continue.

    Dans ce cadre, le chargé de mission administrative assure le suivi et le pilotage des commandes dans l'outil SPARTACUS, pour le compte des entités ou départements de la DSI.

    Support à la gestion des commandes de la DSI

    - Référencement de nouveaux clients et de nouveaux produits avec le service Achat Local

    - Saisie des commandes dans l'outil de gestion de la DSI

    - Contrôle de l'engagement des dépenses (suivre la validation des commandes dans l'outil)

    - Contrôle de la complétude des commandes en lien avec le contrôle de gestion

    - Suivi des jalons de commande et de livraison avec les chefs de projets

    Profil : De formation BAC +2 à BAC +3, type Assistant Manager/Administration des Ventes (ADV), vous disposez d'une première expérience réussie dans un groupe de dimension nationale. Vous appréciez de travailler en transversal et vos qualités de communication vous permettent de travailler en équipe. Vous êtes à l'écoute, méthodique, organisé(e) et réactif(ive).

    Bonne connaissance des outils bureautiques (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

    Connaissance d'un ERP du marché, la maîtrise de l'outil SPARTACUS est un plus.

    Bonne connaissance du fonctionnement d'un service Achat.
