    Position at GroupM Le groupe Poster Conseil, membre du Groupe WPP, est leader dans la communication extérieure en France, avec 250 millions de CA traité en net en OOH, DOOH et Event. Au travers de ses outils propriétaires, de son mode d'implantation et son partenariat avec Group M, Poster Conseil a développé une structure dédiée aux problématiques de communication locales en pluri médias : QuartierMActuellement constitué de 10 personnes, nous cherchons a renforcer notre équipe sur la partie administrative et logistique, en recrutant un(e) Assistant(e) Administration des Ventes. Vos missions : Au sein du service administratif, vos missions seront notamment :
  • Suivi des Contrats sur des campagnes multimédias (OOH/Radio/Presse/Cinéma etc.) :
  • Réception des contrats des régies / Relance de celles-ci si nécessaire
  • Saisie des campagnes dans notre outil commercial
  • Contrôle, signature et retour des contrats aux fournisseurs
  • Relances Engagements Budgétaires / Contrats manquants auprès des commerciaux de l'entreprise
  • Enregistrement et rattachement des pièces à notre outil commercial
  • Elaboration et envoi des devis
  • Envoi des éléments techniques/logistiques pour la création des spots/visuels et autres créas
  • Participation aux clôtures comptables mensuelles
  • Réception des factures fournisseurs
  • Saisie / imputations / Scan des factures fournisseurs
  • Résolution des litiges
  • Tâches administratives liées au fonctionnement du service (création de nouveau fournisseur - respect des process, élaboration d'export à partir de notre outil de gestion, courrier, classement, recherche...)
    • Vous travaillerez dans un environnement dynamique, en collaboration avec les équipes commerciales et financières. Profil : Les atouts pour mener à bien vos missions ? Vous êtes rigoureux(se), autonome, organisé(e), réactif et curieux. Vous avez le goût du travail en équipe, un bon relationnel et une sensibilité pour le monde des médias.
