    Description
    Ce que nous allons accomplir ensemble :

    Rattaché(e) à la Responsable Customer Care, l'assistant(e) est polyvalent(e) et ses principales missions sont :
    - Gestion de la relation clients : véritable ambassadeur de l'entreprise, elle/il prendra en charge les demandes avec comme objectifs la satisfaction client.
    - Support à l'activité commerciale : véritable interface en interne pour les commerciaux, elle/il leur apportera son expertise, ses capacités de suivi et d'organisation.
    - Traitement des commandes clients : elle/il coordonnera de A à Z l'approvisionnement, la livraison et installation des commandes. Elle/il travaillera en transversalité au sein des différents services internes de l'entreprise pour en assurer le bon déroulement.
    - Validation des rapports d'intervention : elle/il s'assurera et analysera la bonne remontée des rapports d'intervention des techniciens et prestataires.
    - Contrats de maintenance : force de proposition auprès des clients de contrats de maintenance.
    - Créances Clients : elle/il suit l'état des créances et relances des impayés tout en assurant une interface en interne entre l'équipe commerciale, technique et financière.
    - Mise à jour des tableaux de bord et reportings internes : elle/il apporte une grande rigueur dans le suivi et la mise à jour des données et des tableaux de bord de l'activité. Elle /il communiquera les informations demandées par le Codir.
    - Participation à la vie de l'équipe : véritable membre de l'équipe, elle/il travaillera en bonne intelligence avec l'ensemble des membres de l'équipe.

    Apportez vos compétences :
    - Formation Bac +2 minimum (BTS, BUT, Licence dans le domaine administratif /commercial)
    - Vous avez une expérience professionnelle dans ce domaine entre 2 à 3 ans
    - Gestion des priorités et capacités d'adaptation
    - Bonne organisation et rigueur
    - Orientation résultat et solution
    - Esprit de synthèse et constructif
    - Communications écrite et orale soignées
    - Anglais : niveau B1, capable d'échanger avec les sièges, fournisseurs et prestataires (ex : commandes / stocks / infos produits)
    - Pack Office (ex : rechercheV, TCD, présentations PowerPoint, mise à jour des documents Word)
    - SAP - Modules SD / MM serait un atout (des formations seront proposées)
    - Connaissance des acteurs du CHR serait un atout (torréfacteurs, cuisinistes, vending, acteurs majeurs de l'hôtellerie restauration)
