    Description

    Nous recherchons pour Emmaüs ACE, acteur majeur dans le secteur de l'Economie Sociale et Solidaire, un.e Responsable et Financier.e.

    Sous la responsabilité du Secrétaire Général et dans un contexte de réorganisation interne, vos missions principales sont les suivantes :

    1. Gestion administrative
    • Veiller au respect (voire mettre en place quand nécessaire) des procédures de gestion, des indicateurs nécessaires au suivi des activités et du reporting au Secrétaire Général et au conseil d'administration
    • Définir et pérenniser les principales orientations des systèmes de contrôle.
    • Organisation de la commission finances
    • Gestion des contrats liés aux services généraux
    2. Comptabilité, contrôle de gestion, reporting, relations avec le CAC
    • Garantir la fiabilité des comptes de l'entreprise et l'établissement des documents financiers et comptables en conformité avec la législation
    • Superviser la consolidation des données financières et faire appliquer les normes comptables françaises et internationales (IFRS) et superviser le contrôle de gestion dans ses missions et la préparation des résultats
    • Participer à l'élaboration du budget en conformité avec les choix stratégiques du conseil d'administration
    • Veiller à la bonne mise en œuvre de la facturation aux associations adhérentes, en lien avec la comptable et le Trésorier de l'association
    3. Trésorerie, crédit, recouvrement, relations bancaires
    • Élaborer les plans de financement de l'entreprise et valider les budgets de trésorerie répondant aux besoins de financements externes
    • Suivre la situation de la trésorerie, analyser les écarts constatés par rapport aux prévisions
    4. Droit des affaires, fiscalité
    • Participer à l'organisation des conseils d'administration, des assemblées générales dans le respect des obligations légales
    • Contrôler les engagements juridiques de l'entreprise (assurances, sous-traitance,...) en centralisant et validant l'ensemble des contrats établis
    • Participer à des missions plus transversales et en coordination avec la RRH sur des sujets liés à la politique de rémunération, aux recrutements, à l'optimisation des systèmes d'information et services généraux.

    Exigences

    De formation supérieure, vous avez au moins 5 ans d'expérience en gestion comptable et financière dans une structure similaire.
    Reconnu.e pour votre rigueur et votre aisance avec les chiffres, vous souhaitez prendre part à de missions à la fois stratégiques et opérationnelles.
