Prête ou prêt à développer les énergies renouvelables de demain?
Startup faisant face au défi climatique, SEATURNS développe une nouvelle solution de récupération de l'énergie des vagues destinée à la production d'électricité.
En parallèle des essais en mer d'un démonstrateur à échelle 1, nous lancerons bientôt la phase de commercialisation de notre futur produit.
Pour accompagner ce projet ambitieux et notre croissance, nous recrutons
une directrice ou un directeur général(e) énergie offshore (H/F) qui viendra renforcer l'équipe en place sur la partie marketing et commerciale.
Poste et mission
– Développement commercial et marketing (en France et à l'international)
– Contribution à l'orientation stratégique de la société, au plan de financement, à l'organisation et au positionnement sur le marché des énergies marines
– Contribution au projet d'entreprise de la société, ses valeurs, son engagement RSE, ses objectifs et ses obligations en matière d'impact environnemental, économique et sociétal
– Représentation de la société aux évènements publics ou auprès des médias et de manière générale dans le cadre d'actions de communication
– Networking et représentation de la société auprès des réseaux professionnels des énergies marines (éolien, houlomoteur, hydrolien)
Qui êtes-vous?
Vous disposez d'une expérience de direction de 10 ans mini dans le domaine des énergies marines renouvelables (éolien, houlomoteur, hydrolien)
Entrepreneur aguerri, blindé face à l'ascenseur émotionnel de la startup, vous avez une vision macro
Vos atouts:
– Capacité à travailler en totale autonomie mais aussi avec et pour l'équipe
– Portefeuille et réseau dans le monde des énergies marines
– Profil aussi stratégique qu'opérationnel
– Sens de l'écoute et de l'organisation
– Appétence ++ pour le sujet du changement climatique
