    Puressentiel est une société familiale indépendante leader sur le marché de l'aromathérapie en pharmacie, en France et en Europe. La marque, créée en 2005, a développé un savoir-faire unique : la création de formules prêtes à l'emploi réunissant des synergies d'huiles essentielles et d'actifs naturels les plus purs, destinés à la prise en charge des maux du quotidien de toute la famille.

    Afin de nous accompagner dans notre développement, nous recherchons :
    Un « Chef de projet R&D » (H/F) en CDD pour une durée de 7 mois.

    Gérez les projets de développement et de reformulation de produits de type cosmétiques, biocides, dispositifs médicaux et compléments alimentaires avec le(s) sous-traitant(s), en respectant les étapes clés du développement et en tenant compte des réglementations en vigueur et de la charte qualité interne
    Assurez la veille R&D et la prospection des actifs, façonniers et laboratoires de tests impliqués dans le processus de développement
    Evaluez et sélectionnez les matières premières, les formules et articles de conditionnement
    Êtes garant, accompagnez et pilotez le(s) sous-traitant(s), qui assure(nt) la formulation, dans la mise au point de formules sur la base de votre brief de formulation
    Êtes garant et pilotez le prestataire sur les étapes après formulation de la faisabilité industrielle, les Stabilités/Compatibilités, la microbiologie, les tests d'usage et certains tests d'efficacité
    Êtes garant de l'analyse des résultats de tests et des recommandations post-résultats
    Êtes support technique et scientifique à la rédaction des textes des packagings, des dossiers marketing et des dossiers scientifiques
    Une mission de gestion de projet transverse. Rassemblez et clarifiez les données d'entrée des projets permettant à la R&D, et aux autres acteurs du Développement de lancer leur activité
    Managez des projets et assurez la coordination inter-départements des étapes du développement (Marketing, Affaires Réglementaires, Sécurité, Achat et Supply Chain, Qualité)
    Vous vous déplacez chez le(s) sous-traitant(s) pour suivre l'avancée des projets
    De formation supérieure Bac+5 minimum Ecole d'Ingénieurs (Chimie, Biologiste, Pharmacien ...) ou Doctorat, vous bénéficiez d'une expérience réussie de 5 ans minimum, dans le développement de galéniques et formulations de produits de santé naturelle (OTC - Phytothérapie - Huiles Essentielles).

    Une expertise en formulation et faisabilité industrielle de produits type compléments alimentaires, dispositifs médicaux, biocides, cosmétiques et à base d'actifs naturels (extraits végétaux, huiles végétales, huiles essentielles) est impérative. Vous disposez de solides compétences en gestion de projet dans un environnement complexe et international (maîtrise du processus de développement et des outils de gestion projets, coordination transversale), vous avez un fort esprit de synthèse, vous êtes force de décision et êtes orienté résultats et développement.
    Doté d'un grand sens de l'innovation, vous êtes organisé, rigoureux, autonome, dynamique, créatif. Vous maîtrisez les logiciels Word, Excel, PowerPoint, les logiciels de gestion de retroplanning. La maitrise de l'anglais est impératif.
