- Work in the Demand planning department and assist the Demand Planning Manager to create and generate reporting and analysis that will be required on a regular basis.
- Assist in maintaining and enhancing demand planning tools such as QlickView, Excel, and JDA.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including forecast accuracy, customer delivery performance, and inventory levels.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between merchandising, finance, marketing, and supply chain teams.
- Support continuous improvement projects within the demand planning process and S&OP tools.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or a related field.

- Languages: Fluency in English is required at a B2 level
- IT Skills: Proficiency in VBA and advanced Excel knowledge

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience: Previous experience in planning or business analysis is advantageous.
