- Ensure the Kids' Club is clean and in impeccable order at all times.
- Supervise, organize and control groups of children up to capacity with appropriate staff
- Assist in training, supervision, and evaluations of Kids' Club colleagues.
- Lead by example in providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with the Kids' Club team.
- Tracks and receives supplies and ensure they are readily available for Kids' Club colleagues.
- Actively manage fiscal responsibilities; including but not limited to:
- Track payroll, revenue and expense budgets
- Submit profit and loss statements to management
- Create and process check requests for vendors
- Complete billing
- Organize, arrange and oversee all Kids Club Special events
- Birthday parties
- Holiday events (Halloween, Easter, Christmas Gala)
- Organize Kids Club activity calendar, assist team in developing, evaluating and improving activities.
- Appropriately communicate with parents and addresses member concerns.
- Communicate with staff, upper management and interdepartmental managers to facilitate Kids' Club events.
- Attend weekly leadership meetings Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and/or previous leadership experience preferred
- Minimum 2 years' experience in the child care industry
- Minimum 1 year experience in management
- CPR and First Aid certification required
- University/College degree in a related discipline preferred
- Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications required
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times Additional Information
- Frequent standing and walking throughout shift
- Occasional lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs.
- Frequent kneeling, pushing, pulling, sitting
- Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps
