As a key member of the group's internal cybersecurity leadership, you will join a team of experts dedicated to securing Inetum's internal information system.

    Description of the role:

    The Head of Cyber for Business will be responsible for the strategy and implementation of the cybersecurity integration process in the projects we deliver to our clients. By closely collaborating with commercial and technical departments, the CISO network of the Area, and cybersecurity correspondents on projects, the role holder will ensure that security requirements are considered throughout the service/project lifecycle.

    Responsibilities:
    • Ensure that client security requirements are integrated throughout the service/project lifecycle. This includes (pre-sales, BUCO, implementation, run, reversibility).
    • With the support of the Risk/Compliance teams, and the Cyber Operations & Services, maintain the coherence of security requirements with the various ISMS (ISO27001) in countries and other regulations.
    • Relationships: drive and animate the community of Area CISOs, business Lines CISOs, and Cybersecurity Project Correspondents around the execution of the security integration process in client projects. Maintain a trusted relationship with client CISOs.
    • Ensure that the process is sufficiently supported (Security Assurance Plan, client compliance perimeter management tool, etc.) and propose improvements in light of evolving requirements and regulations.
    • Define KPIs to assess the effectiveness of the client security requirements management process (with the support of the Cyber O&S team).
    • Actively contribute to resolving security incidents on a client project.
    Profile

    Profile:
    • University degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in a cybersecurity leadership role in a business-oriented context. Multisector knowledge is an asset (banking, finance, defense, energy, telecom, ...).
    • Ability to work cross-functionally across an organization.
    • Mastery of securing a client project approach and processing related cybersecurity requirements in projects with high security requirements.
    • Ability to develop and implement effective data and system protection strategies.
    • Advanced communication and team management skills.
    • Mastery of relevant cybersecurity regulations and standards. Knowledge of ISO 27001 or equivalent framework is mandatory.
    • Proficiency in English is imperative for success in this role.
