Exemples de modèles CSTB : simulation thermique dynamique (TRNSYS, DIMOSIM, COMETH & THBCE, CALOMEL), ACV (ELODIE,COMENV), Ventilation naturelle (RTG, MATHIS), mais aussi confort, santé, acoustique, eau, etc...
- Les data-sciences appliquées à la connaissance du parc de bâtiments existant : ce savoir-faire se matérialise par la développée par le CSTB en 2019. Cette technologie innovante au service de la réduction des émissions carbone cartographie le parc de bâtiments français avec une fiche d'identité comprenant 250 données par bâtiment et 22 millions de bâtiments. La partie publique de la BDNB est publiée depuis 2022 et compte déjà près de 2.000 téléchargements.
- Développer et assurer l'amélioration continue de nos modèles, développement de nouveaux modèles : études physiques, conception modulaire, rédaction des fiches algorithme, codage python des algorithmes, tests
- Mettre en interopération des modèles avec la Base de Données Nationale des Bâtiments : rapprochement et conversion des modèles de données, intégration dans la chaine de calcul en lien avec les DevOps de l'équipe
- Intégrer les modèles pour le compte de nos clients : ministères, institutionnels, grands groupes et start up, mais aussi pour le compte dautres équipes internes au CSTB.
- Participer à des projets de recherche publique (Europe, ADEME, ANR, ...) au sein d'une équipe scientifique pluridisciplinaire intégrant des partenaires de recherche français et européens

Descriptif des principales missions
Le CSTB cherche aujourdhui à renforcer son équipe avec un(e) ingénieur(e) R&D modélisation & data en CDD pour 18 mois.
En lien avec la performance énergétique et environnementale des bâtiments, l'activité R&D du CSTB est en pleine croissance.
Dans ce contexte, vous interviendrez à la croisée de deux domaines d'excellence technologique de notre équipe :
Activités principales
Vos travaux serviront à armer nos clients publics et privés dans leurs enjeux liés à la construction et la rénovation, la gestion de parcs de bâtiments et à l'exploitation des bâtiments, ainsi que pour lutter contre le changement climatique . Vous évoluerez dans un collectif pluridisciplinaire et dynamique au service de linnovation pour lenvironnement et lintérêt général.
Profil (formations, compétences, expériences)
De formation supérieure Bac+5 type master, ingénieur généraliste, vous avez au moins 5 ans d'expérience.
Vous avez des compétences solides dans la physique du bâtiment ainsi que dans le développement de code scientifique en PYTHON.
Vous avez également des connaissances générales en traitement de la donnée :
Analyse des données, notamment séries temporelles
Traitement et exploitation de bases de données
Machine Learning.
Outils utilisés :
Stack data python (Jupyter, numpy, scipy, pandas, sklearn, statsmodel, matplotlib, plotly, dash)
Git, gitlab- Gitlab-ci, Linux, docker
Vous disposez d'un bon niveau en anglais pour échanger avec nos partenaires européens.
Vous avez le goût de l'analyse et la résolution de problèmes, une curiosité et ouverture desprit naturelles, de bonnes capacités rédactionnelles, de la rigueur, de l'organisation.
Vous disposez dune bonne aisance relationnelle et des capacités de communication qui vous permettent dinteragir de manière constructive avec vos collègues et clients.
