    Description

    Vos missions :

    • Définir les orientations stratégiques et budgétaires des produits, services ;
    • Anticiper les évolutions marché, en interaction avec les équipes commerciales, pour développer des nouveaux produits et services à destination des marchés émergents tels que le spatial, le médical, l'hydrogène, l'IoT ;
    • Élaborer, piloter et animer le programme de R&D ;
    • Définir les process de conception/réalisation/validation des nouveaux produits et les règles de fonctionnement (méthodes, outils de pilotage, etc.) ainsi que les budgets et les plannings des projets ;
    • Organiser et animer des comités de pilotage R&D avec les équipes internes, les clients et fournisseurs ;
    • Définir la faisabilité (méthodes, dossiers techniques, etc.) et la rentabilité des projets ;
    • Lancer, coordonner et superviser les différents projets avec vos équipes BE et R&D ;
    • Superviser et participer à l'élaboration des cahiers des charges ;
    • Définir un plan d'action pour le lancement de nouveaux produits en collaboration avec la Direction Commerciale et les équipes techniques ;
    • Développer et animer les relations avec des partenaires technologiques et évaluer l'impact des changements normatifs sur les gammes de produits ; piloter la veille technologique liée aux évolutions du marché, des normes et directives, et anticiper les risques d'obsolescence.
