Nous recherchons un(e) Technicien(e) en Contrôle Non Destructif secteur Aéronautique pour rejoindre notre équipe au sein de notre agence basée à Latresne proche Bordeaux (33).
Placé(e) chez notre client, en toute autonomie, et conformément aux exigences de la Norme EN4179 et spécificités de la Part 145 applicables aux méthodes CND, vous serez amené(e) à :
· Exécuter les Contrôles Non Destructif (CND) selon vos habilitations et le cadre réglementaire et procédures éprouvées (détecter, positionner, identifier, le cas échéant dimensionner les défauts dans les pièces, les structures ou les assemblages),
· Utiliser et exploiter les documents fournis par le constructeur pour effectuer les contrôles non destructifs,
· Sanctionner systématiquement le contrôle par un résultat écrit, signé et tamponné,
· Evoluer dans un contexte fortement réglementé avec un fort impact sur la sécurité des vols,
· Obtenir le statut d'APRSeur et rédiger des EASA Form1 dans le cadre des interventions en PART 145,
· Evoluer vers le poste de Responsable d'Entretien suppléant dans le cadre de notre organisation PART 145.
· Formation Bac à Bac +2/3 avec une certification CND FrANDTB niveau 2 Ultrasons, complété au moins par un second niveau 2 dans une des méthodes suivantes : Courants de Foucault, Ressuage, Thermographie, Magnétoscopie, Radiographie,
· Vous avez une expérience en maintenance opérationnelle en Aéronautique ou Aerospatiale,
· Analyse - Contrôle -Rigueur- Respect des procédures et Dextérité doivent être vos principaux atouts,
· Votre curiosité et votre dynamisme seront vos alliés pour évoluer dans notre entreprise,
· Un bon niveau d'anglais technique est requis.
