Notre cabinet, spécialisé en conseil en ressources humaines, recherche un Customer Master Data Manager pour l'un de ses clients, un éditeur de logiciels SaaS d'une solution IoT de 900 personnes leader au niveau mondial.Rattaché(e) de la Responsable ADV groupe, vous aurez les missions suivantes :
~ Contrôle de la cohérence, de la qualité et du respect des règles de validation des données
(contrats, factures, commandes etc.) au sein de notre CRM (Salesforce) et ERP (SAP S4/HANA) en lien avec le responsable Data du groupe et les équipes métiers
Mise en œuvre des processus de structuration, maintenance et d'optimisation des données essentielles sur les clients de l'entreprise
Participation à la réflexion sur les évolutions fonctionnelles de la plateforme en lien avec les retours utilisateurs et les équipes techniques en charge du CRM
De formation supérieure en gestion de systèmes d'information avec une spécialisation IT, vous justifiez d'une expérience significative d'au moins cinq ans à un poste similaire.
Un niveau d'anglais courant est un pré-requis.
