- Lead, coach and manage the Cluster HR team to ensure an efficient operation in the HR department. Ensure back up and knowledge sharing amongst the cluster team.
- Provide guidance to direct reports in terms of advisory support to the businesses.
- Provide development opportunities for the benefit of the employee and the organization, including succession planning.
- Create a productive work environment using effective management practices, ensure that principles of integrity and respect are practiced.
- Be role model for active cooperation amongst the community of HR Cluster Heads. Ensure alignment of people management across Head Office and Retail by working closely with the Cluster HR Managers to ensure all practices are consistent across all areas of the business.
- Facilitate smooth collaboration between the team members and the GBS Center Gdansk HR colleagues.
- Acts as partner and point of contact for Line Managers in the local organization.
- Coaches and guides line management in the provision of credible and commercial solutions for people related organizational matters.
- Identify trends, and training needs in employee relations for the business and can propose or deliver training solutions to upskill business managers.
- Drives a practice where line managers take full ownership of their people related issues and can assist in getting the organization to adopt best practice in all areas of employee management.
- Together with local key stakeholders, provide an overview of key talents within the organizations, ensure managers are enabled to manage their performance and career.
- Responsible for management of all local Swarovski employee relations matters. Gatekeeper of the case management system and drives consistency and risk management for the organization.
- Drive all updates and amendments in (best) practices, policies and procedures in line with legislation changes to ensure legal compliance and business de-risking.
- Responsible for coaching and mentoring Cluster HR team in local employee relations matters to upskill team members in advising on, managing and giving appropriate guidance to all line managers across the business.
- Oversees training and upskilling of management in areas of people management and employee relations.
- Coordinate and give guidance to the resources dedicated to support local retail and office.
- Secure the integration of new processes, programs, tools services and guarantees compliance with local legislation and labor law.
- Contribute to the constantly improving delivery of HR/People processes in the organization
- Secure availability and top-notch quality of data and HR metrics.
- Form an active part of GBS teams to implement changes (tools, processes, organization) along the employee life cycle as well as follow up actions (round tables etc.) based on / in close collaboration with Hub.
- Play role model for cooperation with GBS team to focus on the result.
- Approximately 600 employees : 380 employees in France / 109 employees in Netherlands / 80 employees in Belgium / 26 employees in Luxemburg.
- Provides administration support to 4 legal entities organization.
- Direct reports : 7
- Master degree preferably in Human Resources or Social/Labor law.
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting, including at least 5 years in a similar position or as HR Business Partner.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent French & English proficiency, presentation, and communication skills. Dutch is an advantage.
- Proficient user of Pack Office, particularly Excel.
- Team orientation, and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
