Description

Provide development opportunities for the benefit of the employee and the organization, including succession planning.Ensure alignment of people management across Head Office and Retail by working closely with the Cluster HR Managers to ensure all practices are consistent across all areas of the business.
Identify trends, and training needs in employee relations for the business and can propose or deliver training solutions to upskill business managers.
Oversees training and upskilling of management in areas of people management and employee relations.HR Operational EfficiencyCoordinate and give guidance to the resources dedicated to support local retail and office.
Contribute to the constantly improving delivery of HR/People processes in the organizationSecure availability and top-notch quality of data and HR metrics.
Master degree preferably in Human Resources or Social/Labor law.Minimum 8 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting, including at least 5 years in a similar position or as HR Business Partner.
Excellent French & English proficiency, presentation, and communication skills.
