Jeanne-Irène, François et leur équipe sont à la recherche d'une personne dynamique et motivée pour intégrer leur équipe en tant qu'assistant(e) administratif/tive. Sous la supervision de l'Assistante de Direction du Directeur de Territoire, vous aurez l'opportunité de contribuer activement à plusieurs aspects essentiels de notre entreprise.
Le poste est localisé à Lyon Vaise (69).
Vos missions:
- Gestion Administrative
- Gestion de l'agenda du Directeur de Territoire: planification des rendez-vous, des réunions et des déplacements;
- Organisation des déplacements du Directeur de Territoire: réservation des billets d'avion, des hôtels et des transports locaux;
- Prise en charge des notes de frais du Directeur de Territoire: collecte, vérification et traitement des justificatifs;
- Préparation et organisation des réunions: gestion des invitations par e-mail, préparation de documents de présentation, rédaction et distribution des comptes-rendus;
- Gestion des bons de commandes pour le territoire;
- Traitement des demandes de badges pour l'accès aux locaux et au parking;
- Classement et archivage des documents (version papier et électronique).
- Gestion des Ressources Humaines
- Saisie et vérification des Eléments Variables de Paie (EVP) des employés du service via l'outil interne de Gestion des Temps d'Activités (GTA);
- Suivi des examens médicaux du personnel en coordination avec les services de santé au travail;
- Assistance dans l'organisation et la préparation de réunions et événements RH.
VOTRE PROFIL
Profil recherché:
A la prochaine rentrée, vous débuterez une formation supérieure de niveau Bac +2 à Bac +3 idéalement dans le domaine de la gestion administrative.
Vous avez un intérêt pour les métiers liés à l'environnement.
Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils bureautiques (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
Vous savez hiérarchiser vos tâches, prendre des initiatives et faire des propositions.
Vous avez de bonnes capacités d'écoute et de communication. Vous appréciez le travail en équipe et possédez une bonne aisance à l'écrit et à l'oral.
Vous êtes rigoureux, réactif, disponible, organisé et méthodique.
Le poste est à pourvoir à partir de septembre 2024.
