    Bonjour , Pour le compte d?un client final prestigieux , je suis actuellement à la recherche d?un chef de projet e-commerce.Détails de la mission : Besoin d?un chef de projet e-commerce pour mener les projets back-office avec un fort accent Paiement (PSP) et Opérations (Ship From Store, pick-up points etc.).Ces projets nécessitent de coordonner plusieurs acteurs/équipes (internes ou externes) sur des technos différentes.Travailler en tandem avec les équipes métiers (business, opérations, paiement, Customer Care) et équipes IT (Retail, HIP, SAP, OMS ) pour délivrer des projets permettant d?accélérer le développement de nos sites e-commerce existants.Connaissances sectorielles :- Le monde de l?Ecommerce- Expertise dans le secteur du luxe est un plus mais ne sera pas éliminatoire- Justifier d?une expertise de 5 ans minimum dans la gestion de projetConnaissances applicatives :- Notion sur SalesForce Commerce Cloud (nous ne demandons pas forcément un expert)- Forte aisance sur les aspects data et flux : débug et facilité à comprendre des architectures complexes- Compréhension d?un back office et de ses contraintes / enjeux- Une expérience sur la mise en place de PSP, projets Opérations serait un plusLeader des projets impliquant des équipes multiples (coordination, suivi, organisation) Solution finder (capacité à résoudre les points bloquants) Faire le lien et suivi entre le business et les équipes techniques (Interne et Offshore)- Anglais au quotidienProfil candidat:MOA / Chef de projet sénior e-commerce8 ans d?expérience minimumPSP+ opérations
