    Position Overview

    We are looking for a highly motivated internal consultant with project management experience to join our Strategy and Transformation team. This team of 7-10 people reports to the Group Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer, member of the Group Executive Committee. With a focus on driving major strategic and transformation projects, this role is designed for a professional who thrives on leading change and delivering impactful results across the organization.

    Responsibilities

  • Strategic Project Leadership: Lead and direct project teams from inception to completion, ensuring robust structuring of business cases, clear project deliverables, and effective methodologies. Adapt your leadership style to function effectively as a full Project Management Office (PMO), a support manager (delegated PMO), or as an advisor, aligning project objectives with strategic business goals.
  • Portfolio and Risk Management: Oversee a diverse portfolio of strategic initiatives, applying expert judgment and analytical skills to assess and mitigate risks. Tailor risk management approaches to different project scopes and complexities, systematically evaluating potential impacts and maintaining project integrity across all phases.
  • Advanced Market and Economic Analysis: As an integral part of each project, conduct detailed market research and economic analysis. Use these insights to tailor project strategies and enhance outcomes, ensuring that all decisions are underpinned by robust data and align with prevailing industry trends and the broader goals of our organization.
  • Change Management and Organizational Design: Within the scope of project execution, lead change management efforts and organizational design initiatives. Manage the redesign of processes and the implementation of operational improvements. Facilitate the smooth adoption and integration of new practices and technologies by deploying strategic change management methodologies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring open communication and collaboration. Influence and negotiate with various levels of the organization to gain support for strategic initiatives and to drive successful project outcomes.

    • Qualifications

  • Experience: 5 years of experience in project management, strategy, or corporate development, preferably within the mobility or transportation industry.
  • Education: MBA or Engineering degree.
  • Skills: Exceptional leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in project management, with an outstanding capacity to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively in a multinational context.
  • Characteristics: A reliable, autonomous self-starter who is also an adaptable team player. Pragmatic, with a proven ability to work under time pressure and manage complex challenges.
  • Language: Fluent English is required.
