- Prospecter des nouveaux clients,
- Mener les négociations : vous analysez les besoins, préparez les réponses à Appel d'Offre et rédigez des propositions personnalisées,
- Mettre en œuvre et piloter les affaires complexes : vous obtenez des engagements, assurez le closing de la vente, développez votre CA de manière autonome,
- Planifier et organiser votre activité en mode projet : vous alimentez les indicateurs et pilotez le reporting.
- Vous disposez d'une expérience commerciale BtoB réussie de 5 ans minimum auprès d'une clientèle d'entreprise grands comptes sur des ventes à forte valeur ajoutée,
- Vous êtes en capacité de comprendre les enjeux de la gestion d'entreprise sur des clients grands comptes et êtes à l'aise pour échanger avec des interlocuteurs tels qu'un DSI, DAF, DRH...
- Vous maîtrisez le cycle de vente complexe,
- La maîtrise de l'anglais est nécessaire pour ce poste.

En tant qu'Ingénieur Commercial Grands Comptes, vous êtes responsable d'un portefeuille clients et prospects grands comptes sur un territoire géographique donné.Rattaché à un Sales Manager, vous gérez en autonomie le cycle de vente de l'identification du besoin jusqu'à la signature du contrat et vous commercialisez nos solutions logicielles de gestion.
Dans ce cadre, vos missions principales seront:
