En tant qu'alternant(e) Acheteur(euse) Immobilier, vous êtes un(e) vrai(e) business partner de nos métiers en recherchant les solutions les plus pertinentes et fiables pour répondre à leurs besoins.
Concrètement vous serez amené(e) à :
Suivre le marché et définir la stratégie d'achat sur les catégories et projets confiés.
Identifier et planifier les besoins des entités opérationnelles.
Piloter la démarche d'achats (appels d'offres via l'outil e-sourcing, négociation, rédaction et signature des contrats en collaboration avec l'équipe de juristes dédiés).
Favoriser la mutualisation des moyens en prenant en compte la qualité de service attendue par les différents métiers du Groupe.
Gérer la relation et la performance des fournisseurs.
Assurer la mise en œuvre des contrats.

Vous préparez un Bac +4/5 en école de Commerce ou Université avec une spécialité en Achat.
Excellent(e) négociateur(trice), vous êtes à l'écoute et force de proposition.
Curieux(se) et rigoureux(se), vous êtes à l'aise dans un environnement agile.
