- Saisir et contrôler les commandes clients de l'enregistrement à la clôture de la commande : contrôle de l'intégrité des données d'entrée (prix de vente, éléments de prix de revient, informations commerciales, etc...)
- Suivre l'intégrité du backlog commercial (exhaustivité des commandes, fiabilité des prix de ventes, des dates de livraison, des échéanciers), de la facturation, de la relance préventive des paiements et des impayés.
- Animer, coordonner et assurer la résolution des litiges clients de l'enregistrement au paiement de la commande en collaboration avec les autres fonctions de l'entreprise (Commercial, Service Interventions, Logistique, Finance, Juridique).
- Traiter les requêtes clients dans son périmètre de responsabilité et aiguiller les autres requêtes vers les interlocuteurs correspondants.
- Informer pro activement les clients et le commercial terrain sur le suivi des commandes et répondre aux questions soulevées dans son périmètre de responsabilité. Participer activement à l'amélioration de l'expérience client durant le processus de « post-order » management.
- Actualiser et suivre le master data client dans les ERP de l'activité, en coordination avec les autres fonctions de l'entreprise (Commercial, Chargé d'Affaires, Finance).
- Produire des analyses ad hoc à partir des besoins exprimés par le business (suivi des articles vendus par segment, client, etc...).
- Produire et analyser les indicateurs de performance du processus administration des ventes (retards de facturation, « On Time Delivery », retard de réception, notes de crédit clients, évolution des impayés, etc...).
- Participer au projet d'amélioration continue du processus : proposition de solutions alternatives, approche « lean », etc.
- Faire évoluer la procédure ADV en tant que nécessaire
- H/F de formation Bac +2/3 ou plus, type Gestion, Assistant technique d'ingénieur, vous avez acquis une expérience de 2 à 4 ans en administration des ventes dans le domaine de l'industrie.
- Vous faites preuve de sensibilité commerciales et d'une appétence pour la technique.
- Vous pouvez mettre en avant pour ce poste une grande rigueur de travail, votre autonomie et votre détermination.
- Vous savez travailler en équipe, être force de propositions et vous êtes tourné(e) vers la satisfaction client.
- Vous maîtrisez les outils informatiques.
- La langue anglaise fait partie de votre environnement de travail. Vous êtes à l'aise à l'écrit comme à l'oral.
