- Perform reviews of supplier/subcontractor deviations to T&Cs for various supply contract types ( Goods, Services, Alliance or Master Services and Logistics agreements).
- Support and lead Ts&Cs negotiations with suppliers/subcontractors.
- Provide input and guidance to supply chain personnel on Westinghouse's application of Ts&Cs and related requirements.
- Provide functional interface and strategic point of contact to GSCS, Legal and product line teams on T&Cs issues.
- Support of proposal development activities involving supply chain (if required).
- Analyze customer contract requirements and support legal and sourcing in developing commercial approach/response.
- Review of customer contracts for "flowdown" of requirements to suppliers and subcontractors.
- Bachelor's degree in business or recognized equivalent required.
- Minimum of 15 years project, power plant market, indirect and direct spend and supplier/subcontractor terms and conditions experience required.
- Procurement project management, and major contract negotiation in the power market is desired.
- Experience in the nuclear power business is also a plus.

Job Description / Purpose / Vision:
Support the application, formulation and administration of Westinghouse's contract terms and conditions (T&Cs) to be applied to various supplier/subcontractor agreements, inclusive of procurements for products, goods and services, with the goal of protecting Westinghouse's commercial interests and supporting internal and external customer projects.
