Chargé(e) dedéploiement électro-mobilité (points de recharge) – f/h
En étroite collaboration avecles équipes de vente et après la signature du bon de commande, vous prenez encharge les commandes des clients en assurant un suivi logistique efficace,la gestion des interventions des sous-traitants et la mise en service.Vous vous chargez également du suivi financier des affaires : contrôle etvalidation des factures des sous-traitants, dans le respect des relationscontractuelles.
Après l'installation, vousvérifiez la conformité et le bon fonctionnement des installations (à distance),vous répondez aux éventuelles questions des clients en fournissant une assistancetechnique de premier niveau (identification et résolution dedisfonctionnements techniques).
Par ailleurs, vous assurez unreporting régulier et fiable de votre activité dans notre CRM.
De formation Bac +2/3, idéalement technique, vous disposezd'une expérience significative dans un rôle similaire (assistanattechnico-commercial, service après-vente technique, service client avec unedominante technique). Vous avez un sens développé du service client, de trèsbonnes capacités de communication à l'écrit et à l'oral. Vous avez l'habitudede collaborer avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires.
Vous maitrisez le pack Officeet avez l'habitude d'utiliser un CRM au quotidien. Votre anglais est au moinsprofessionnel (échanges fréquents avec vos collègues allemands).
