- Incarner et transmettre l'histoire, les 'valeurs', les engagements de la marque
- Proposer de manière personnalisée les produits et services avec le bon argumentaire technique selon le besoin identifié
- Recruter et fidéliser les clients Petit Bateau à travers le programme CRM et la satisfaction
- Réaliser du chiffre d'affaire pour développer la rentabilité du point de vente
- Accompagner la vente de A à Z et transformer
- Connaitre les procédures caisse, remboursement, retour...
- Analyser les résultats, met en place des actions individuelles et propose des actions collectives pour améliorer les KPI's et la satisfaction client
- Contribuer à la réalisation des objectifs et au développement du chiffre d'affaire physique et omnicanal du point de vente
- Effectuer les tâches de non-vente pour une expérience in store premium
- Participer au visuel merchandising en respectant les standards PB (étiquetage, merchandising, PLV, pliage, propreté)
- Respecter et mettre en application des procédures de gestion de stock (réception, envoi colis, réassort, rangement réserve, inventaire)
- Animer l'équipe au quotidien ( brief, intégration, organisation )

Rejoindre Petit Bateau c'est pouvoir bénéficier d'un parcours de développement vous permettant d'avoir un parcours de carrière clair à travers une politique RH orientée sur l'expérience collaborateur (formation, missions transverses, mobilités).
En tant que VENDEUR confirmé(H/F/X) vous serez un acteur incontournable de l'expérience client sur la boutique des Champs-Elysées. Vous réaliserez des ventes de A à Z (de l'accueil à l'encaissement / prise de congés), participerez en équipe à la performance économique du point de vente et effectuerez toutes les tâches de non-vente allouées, nécessaires au bon fonctionnement de celui-ci.
