- Contribuer au développement du projet Salomon Sports Pledge:
- Déploiement de l'outil de mesure d'impact carbone pratiquants auprès des athlètes
- Déploiement de l'outil de mesure d'impact événement auprès de nos événements partenaires comme les Golden Trail Series
- Déploiement du service de réparation aux athlètes
- Contribuer au projet d'inclusion sportive : support à la Salomon Para-team et aux projets de design inclusif dans nos sports
- Contribuer aux autres projets transversaux du programme Change Our Tomorrow (événements internes, etc.)
- Forte sensibilité environnementale et passion pour les initiatives durables
- Forte compréhension de nos écosystèmes sportifs (trail, course à pied, sports d'hiver): événements et athlètes
- Compréhension du sports marketing
- Capacité démontrée à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en résolution de problèmes.

En 2021, Salomon s'est engagé via son Salomon Sports Pledge pour des pratiques et des athlètes plus responsables à 2025, dans le cadre de sa nouvelle stratégie développement durable "Change our Tomorrow". En 2024, Salomon souhaite accélérer l'impact du Sports Pledge auprès des événements sportifs qu'elle sponsorise et de ses communautés d'athlètes et pratiquants. En tant que stagiaire sports community impact specialist H/F, tu seras directement impliqué(e) dans la mise en place des actions du Sports Pledge.
Au sein de la direction Marque, dans le département Développement Durable, notre futur(e) Sports community impact specialist aura les responsabilités suivantes:
En parallèle, tu participeras également à l'organisation d'événements en interne.
Qualifications
Cursus : Étudiant(e) en environnement, développement durable, ou domaine connexe
Langues : Anglais courant, travail avec équipes multiculturelles non francophones
IT : Pack Office
Compétences particulières :
Pratique sportive au niveau compétition ou fort intérêt pour le milieu de la compétition dans nos sports (trail, course à pied, sports d'hiver)
