- Assister à la mise en place et à l'achèvement des processus managériaux annuels dans les délais et en conformité avec les règles du Groupe.
- Suivre les indicateurs RH tels que l'attrition, les talents, la mobilité internationale, le recrutement, etc.
- Aider les managers à communiquer sur l'enquête Great Place to Work et suivre les plans d'action correspondants.
- Participer à l'évaluation des talents avec les managers et à la mise en œuvre des plans de succession et de développement individuels.
- Contribuer à l'élaboration de plans de communication RH.
- Actuellement en préparation d'un diplôme de niveau BAC+5, vous souhaitez vous spécialiser en Ressources Humaines et êtes à la recherche d'un apprentissage d'un an.
- Idéalement, vous avez déjà une expérience de stage ou d'apprentissage en RH au sein d'une entreprise ou d'un groupe international.
- Maîtrise du Pack Office (notamment Excel et PowerPoint) et aptitude analytique et synthétique.
- Maîtrise de l'anglais à l'écrit et à l'oral en raison des échanges avec les diverses entités internationales.
- Ténacité, réactivité, rigueur, sens de l'organisation et de la communication sont des atouts précieux pour ce poste.
- Bonne capacité à travailler en équipe.
