    Mission principale

    L'ingénieur(e) maturation fabriquera un prototype de convertisseur photovoltaïque adapté au système envisagé en s'appuyant sur l'expertise du laboratoire concernant les matériaux photovoltaïques.

    Description des tâches et activités :

    Le rôle de l'ingénieur(e) maturation sera de concevoir et de fabriquer le système complet à partir du cahier des charges établi.

    L'ingénieur(e) maturation réalisera toutes les étapesde conception et de fabrication du dispositif: modélisation et définition de l'architecture adaptée, dépôts en salle blanche, assemblage du système final et tests permettant de valider les caractéristiques attendues.

    Doté(e) d'une formation scientifique en Physique (électronique, optique, sciences des matériaux semi-conducteurs), vous aimez concevoir et construire des petits systèmes électriques (par exemple un prototype ou le montage d'un banc d'expérience). De plus, vous avez une première expérience en laboratoire, notamment dans la fabrication de dispositifs opto-électroniques et/ou le dépôt de matériaux couches minces par des techniques sous vide.

    La connaissance du photovoltaïque est utile mais pas indispensable.

    Dans le cadre du projet HELIOSPHERE, mené en partenariat avec l'UMR IPVF (Institut Photovoltaïque d'Ile-de-France), la SATT Paris Saclay recrute un(e) ingénieur(e) maturation en CDD pour une durée de 12 mois. L'Unité Mixte de Recherche IPVF UMR a pour objectif de porter la recherche fondamentale sur les compétences clés de ce domaine et d'être à l'origine d'innovations sur les techniques analytiques, les procédés et les dispositifs pertinents pour le développement de l'énergie d'origine photovoltaïque. Elle est une des composantes de l'Institut Photovoltaïque d'Ile-de-France. Le projet HELISOPHERE vise à concevoir des cellules solaires en couches minces destinées à des systèmes autonomes.
