We need a cloud platform Tech Lead like you to make the difference and crack the pitfalls in our ambitious but disciplined journey to expand our team of Azure specialist supporting AXA Cloud Strategy in the Risk Management area.

Where will you be in the organization?

The division

Group Technology Operations(GTO)aims at designing, developing, and operating Global AXA IT products, delivering them to AXA Entities and the AXA Group, at the right level of quality of service and cost and aligned with business-driven priorities. Its missions can be summarized in four main activities: global product delivery, global product portfolio management, day-to-day operations management, and entities proximity management.

The department / tea

You will join the Corporate Functions Global Products department. In its "IT for Business" duty, our department designs, builds and operates end user global applications in the domain of Corporate & Support Functions, organized in 24 products within 6 lines of products (Finance, Investment, Procurement, Risk Management, HR/Communication, Compliance).

Our main mission is to be the preferred partner of the Business families in Corporate Functions while ensuring excellence and consistency across our products in:

·Implementing, operating and managing Group and/or Global Solutions

·Delivering advisory services in answer to Business requirements and stakes

·Leveraging a market leading right-shored delivery model

·Continuously integrating customer centricity, efficiency, innovation & technology in our operating model

You will integrate a high performing team of ~200 experts, mainly located in France and Portugal (and supported by offshored managed services), with a strong focus on delivery, collaboration, commitment and value creation, where you will have the opportunity to learn and develop yourself in cutting-edge technologies and engage in activities that relate directly with business processes and functions, working together with the colleagues from the Group Corporate departments.

Job purpose

Our department is committed to offering to our customer entities cloud-based solutions that run with the expected performance and robustness, while being efficient and cost-effective. As Cloud Platform Tech Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving this, by managing and balancing the business requirements and technical needs with the cloud capacity and respective costs, considering the growing cloud footprint and the evolving business solutions strategy.

Main missions

Your responsibilities include:

· Cloudification

oEncouraging and building automated processes wherever possible

oIdentifying and measures by continuously performing vulnerability assessment and risk management.

oManage the security policy of the enterprise for its cloud-based production infrastructure, evaluate risks and identify threats.

oStrive for continuous improvement and with the team help build continuous integration, continuous development, and constant deployment pipeline (.

oMonitoring the processes during the entire lifecycle for its adherence and updating or creating new processes for improvement.

oInfluence other teams and broader Engineering groups in adopting newer technologies, processes, and best practices.

oInnovate solutions for the team to code, design, and automate of moderate to advanced scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors and a wide command of various technologies and integrated components.

oAble to quickly adapt to new or evolving technologies related to azure services requiring validation or research.

oFacilitate and contribute to steering instances of the Product / service.

oArbitrate priorities with the customer context and aligned with the business counterparts.

oRespect SLA and Time to Market defined with the customer.

oRespect of Quality of services agreed with customers, associated continuous improvement.

oSet up monitoring and follow business and technology metrics relevant to each product and identify problems or potential optimizations.

oBorder and anticipate internal development skills of the cloud team product.

oMentoring and guiding the cloud team members (DevOps, architect, PM,).

oGive cloud team the tools, confidence, and motivation to make decisions and drive the team's success.

oEvangelizes agile and drives continuous improvement in methodology and practices.

oPlan the team's activities and involvement in project management & BAU activities (8 resources).

· Business development

oEnsure a competitive intelligence and a technological survey.

oEnsure favourable environment for the continuous improvement of the product.

oTake part to the development of CFP portfolio.
