    Description du poste

    L'assistant e-commerce a pour mission principale le support de l'activité e-commerce du site Bonpoint. En lien direct avec le Digital Merchandiser, il a en charge la tenue et l'excellence du catalogue e-commerce ainsi que la recette des différents projets.

    Gestion du catalogue produit :
    - Suivi et participation aux shoots e-commerce et packshots
    - Suivi des traductions et optimisation des descriptifs produits avec notre partenaire

    Gestion de l'e-merchandising :
    - Classement des produits dans les catégories et sous-catégories et harmonisation du site
    - Réalisation et optimisation du Cross Selling selon les données business
    - Optimisation du Searchandising

    Animations commerciales :
    - Création des pages spécifiques dans Shopify
    - Liens avec les différents services et prestataires pour récupérer les contenus
    - Suivi du planning d'animations commerciales

    Reporting :
    - Support à l'analyse hebdomadaire des KPIs business (utilisation de Google Analytics et Content Square)

    TMA :
    - Report d'éventuels bugs trouvés sur les différentes versions du site vers la Responsable Projet ou via un outil de ticketing
    - Participer aux phases de recette FO et BO

    Service client :
    - Répondre aux demandes client e-com et coordonner le retail, le service client et le chargé de projet

    Profil recherché


    • Minimum BAC+3 avec une première expérience e-commerce (idéalement textile)

    • Structuré(e), organisé(e), rigoureux

    • Connaissances de Shopify et/ou du PIM (Quable) seraient un plus

    • Maîtrise d'Excel

    • Connaissances Google Analytics et/ou Content Square seraient un plus

    Stage conventionné de 6 mois à pourvoir dès juillet 2024.
