    Description

    Au sein de l'équipe E-Commerce, le/la Chef de Projet Digital sera en charge des projets inscrits sur la roadmap, des fonctionnalités des sites & des app des deux marques, en collaboration avec toutes les parties prenantes des différents projets.

    Management de la performance

    • Analyser les indicateurs de performance, faire les benchmarks et suivre les KPIs en collaboration avec les différents partenaires (intégrateur notamment)
    • Être force de proposition sur les fonctionnalités à mettre en œuvre pour améliorer la performance commerciale des sites e-commerce et des apps.

    Test & learn

    • Réaliser et / ou piloter les études d'opportunités en collaboration avec les différents partenaires.
    • Développer les AB tests pour vérifier la pertinence des solutions envisagées.

    Roadmap

    • Définir la roadmap et s'assurer de sa bonne execution, avec le support de l'équipe IT et de toute l'équipe EC.
    • Définir les besoins, rédiger les briefs, piloter la rédaction des spécifications (avec l'aide d'un rédacteur externe et des webmerchandisers selon les cas).

    Intégrer les best practices SEO dans l'ensemble des briefs.

    • Coordonner les tests (UATs et dry run si besoin) en collaboration avec le CDP IT et les différents partenaires (QA et intégrateur)
    • Réaliser des tests unitaires / checks des sites post livraison en environnement de test et production

    Pilotage du budget

    Piloter le suivi budgétaire, créer les contrats et gérer les factures. Piloter les partenaires externes pour les tests, les spécifications ou les maquettes.

    Profil recherché

    • Expérience significative en tant que chef de projet, idéalement dans le secteur du ecommerce
    • Dynamique, motivé.e, avec de la curiosité et un gout pour le travail en équipe
    • , orienté.e solution
    • Salesforce CC : Bonne connaissance fonctionnelle (idéalement background marketing digital). Des connaissances techniques seraient un plus.
    • Expertises techniques : Google analytics, Jira, Confluence, la connaissance de Content Square serait un plus.
    • Maitrise de l'anglais (oral et écrit)
