    Description du poste

    Au sein de l'équipe E-commerce de la Maison Bonpoint, vous serez en charge de piloter les projets liés à l'activité Seconde main de la Maison et d'animer son site E-commerce : www.bonpoint-, en collaboration avec la personne référente du projet.

    Gestion du catalogue produits et des contenus Web
    - E-merchandising du catalogue produits en fonction des arrivages et de la saisonnalité.
    - Mise à jour des contenus Web (visuels, textes, FAQ, emails transactionnels...).
    - Création et mise à jour des bases de données articles selon la saisonnalité.
    - Animation commerciale.

    Analyse de performance
    - Suivi des performances de manière hebdomadaire et mensuelle et mise à jour des outils de reporting.
    - Collaboration avec le service comptabilité pour la validation des factures.
    - Proposition de nouveaux outils et/ou nouveaux KPIs à suivre

    Projets CRM et de communication
    - Participation à l'élaboration du planning et mise en place opérationnelle des newsletters en collaboration avec les autres services internes.
    - Coordination des différentes actions de communication relatives au projet (parutions presse, réseaux sociaux et influence)

    Gestion du service client
    - Réponse aux demandes entrantes provenant des clients ou des boutiques Bonpoint participant au projet Seconde main.

    Participation au développement de l'activité
    - Proposition de nouveaux projets dans le but d'optimiser l'expérience client et ainsi augmenter le CA du site e-commerce et diminuer le nombre d'articles en stock.
    - Participation à la mise en place des projets, aux retours d'expérience et au suivi chiffré.

    Veille concurrentielle et technique
    - Détection et participation à la résolution des bugs potentiels sur le site web.
    - Benchmark des bonnes pratiques présentes sur le marché de la seconde main.

    Profil recherché


    • Vous êtes en cours de formation avec un BAC+3 minimum.

    • Vous êtes rigoureux, organisé, autonome et force de proposition.

    • Vous êtes reconnu pour votre capacité à travailler en équipe et avec différents interlocuteurs.

    • Maîtrise d'Excel, de Microsoft Office et connaissance d'un outil de ticketing.

    • Une connaissance de Shopify et de Google Analytics seraient un plus.

    • Vous avez une appétence pour les sujets RSE

    Stage conventionné de 6 mois à pourvoir dès septembre 2024.
    Pas de contrat d'alternance.
