- Etre garant de l'application du Plan de Management Projet (PMP), pendant toute la durée du contrat, par tous les intervenants du projet.
- Responsable de la tenue des coûts, des délais, des performances contractuelles et de la mise en œuvre de tous les moyens techniques et humains au sein du Groupement.
- Analyse des risques & opportunités internes et externes conjointement avec la direction de projet et les lots concernés (techniques, opérationnels, financiers et délais) et la probabilité d'occurrence.
- Etre responsable de la rédaction des Rapports d'Avancement d'Activités (RAA) en vue des Réunions Mensuelles d'Avancement (RMA) de Direction, internes comme externes, qu'il anime.
- Supervision de l'avancement du projet et animation de l'équipe de direction de projet.
- Approuver et transmission du programme financier du projet au Client.
- Diriger la stratégie contractuelle et commerciale envers le client, après validation de la Direction.
- Bac+5 .
- Experience en management de projet, management de l'ingénierie des systèmes, ingénierie des télécommunications.
- 3 à 10 ans d'expérience en gestion de projet.
- 1 à 3 ans d'expérience dans l'ingénierie ou le déploiement de télécommunication sans fil.
- Expérience de déploiement CFA ou Radio.
