    Poste : LHH Recruitment Solutions, cabinet de conseil en recrutement, intérim spécialisé, management de transition, et évaluation d'expert.e.s, cadres et dirigeant.e.s, recherche pour son client, référent mondial, un Chef de projets Recherche performance produits H/F pour un poste en CDI basé sur le bassin de Vernon (27).

    Rattaché (e) au service R&D, équipe composée d'ingénieur et techniciens, vous recherchez à améliorer la performance des produits en proposant des solutions innovantes dans le respect des exigences des produits.

    Vos missions principales sont :

    Proposer, valider, concevoir et mettre au point des nouvelles solutions techniques liées aux produits

    Réaliser les études des concepts innovants en garantissant la faisabilité technique

    Mettre au point des solutions techniques

    Valider le cahier des charges en phase expérimentation

    Coordonner les actions du projet

    Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes de production, logistique pour garantir la fiabilité technique et commerciale des produits.

    Participer activement à l'identification et à l'intégration de nouvelles technologies et méthodes de conception

    Assurer une communication transparente et efficace avec les parties prenantes internes et externes.

    Profil : De formation supérieur au minimum Bac+5 (physique, doctorant, ingénieur électrique, mécanique fluide), vous avez une expérience d'au minimum 3 ans en recherche de solution innovante dans le domaine électrique, acoustique ou des " produits autonomes ". Vos qualités de communicant(e) et votre capacité à convaincre sont des atouts pour le contact avec l'équipe Performance Produits, le service R&D. Vous êtes passionnée(e) par les technologies de demain.
