    Within Natixis Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB), Global Trade is the platform that aims to support and finance the growth and sustainable development of our clients. In the Treasury Solutions department, you join the customer services team that strives to maintain a strong proximity with its customers by supporting them in their daily management and offering them high-end cash management solutions.

    On a daily basis, you are responsible for:

  • Handling account life events, cash investment and liquidity optimization;
  • Ensure the daily customer relationship and administrative assistance in the commercial relationship;
  • Be the entry point for the customer portfolio for which you have the responsible;
  • Contribute to the optimization and security of the system;
  • Lead risk management and monitoring of sensitive accounts.
