Dans le cadre de notre croissance, nous recherchons un(e) Growth Recruiter pour identifier et sélectionner les meilleurs talents pour nos clients. Votre mission consistera à comprendre en profondeur les besoins de nos clients, développer des stratégies de recrutement, gérer efficacement le processus de recrutement, et garantir un match parfait entre candidats et entreprises. Vous collaborerez étroitement avec Antoine, et contribuerez directement au succès de nos partenaires.
Description du poste :
Stage à pourvoir à partir de juillet 2024Lieu : Marseille 8e.Télétravail occasionnel accepté
Tes missions
- Identifier les candidats en utilisant efficacement les différentes plateformes (Linkedin, CVthèques, Réseaux Sociaux).
- Elaborer une stratégie de contact : canaux de communication, temporalité, workflow, copywriting...
- Réaliser des entretiens téléphoniques ou vidéo pour évaluer l'adéquation des candidats avec le besoin de l'entreprise.
- Rédiger un compte rendu détaillé et objectif.
- Suivre les candidatures, de l'identification jusqu'à la signature de la promesse d'embauche, en veillant à une bonne expérience candidat.
- Mettre en place les campagnes de recrutement dans notre ATS, rédiger et publier les offres d'emploi.

Profil recherché :
Ton profil
- Tu es en Bac +4/5 en école de commerce ou en formation universitaire et tu as une première expérience en tant que chargé de recrutement.
- Tu as d'excellentes capacités de communication et tu sais établir une relation de confiance avec les candidats.
- Tu maitrises les outils de sourcing, notamment Linkedin.
- Tu as un sens aigu de l'analyse et de l'évaluation des compétences.
- Tu as fait 3 fautes d'orthographe sur les 10 dernières années (et encore, c'était à cause du correcteur automatique).
- Tu es organisé, rigoureux, et capable de gérer plusieurs processus de recrutement simultanément.
- Tu connais la liste des opérateurs booléens.
Processus de recrutement
- Un premier échange en visio avec Adrien pour en apprendre plus sur ton parcours et tes motivations (30 minutes).
- Un entretien dans nos locaux avec Antoine avec une mise en situation en live (1h).
