- Gérer des leads entrants (appels principalement, mails...) ;
- Identifier et qualifier les besoins clients ;
- Apporter des solutions personnalisées et adaptées au diagnostic ;
- Détecter, qualifier les opportunités de business et développer le chiffre d'affaires ;
- Adopter un discours commercial permettant de garantir l'engagement des clients ;
- Négocier et suivre les devis transmis aux clients après analyse des besoins ;
- Planifier les interventions avec le client ;
- Briefer et manager le partenaire en charge de l'intervention ;
- Assurez le suivi des interventions jusqu'à leur réalisation en collaboration avec les autres services afin d'apporter satisfaction aux clients.
- Justifier au minimum d'une formation de niveau bac+2 (domaine commercial, assurance, immobilier...) OU d'une première expérience professionnelle équivalente et de même durée
- Être très à l'aise en situation de vente à distance et démontrer un excellent sens du relationnel commercial ;
- Faire preuve d'esprit d'analyse permettant d'engager des conversations techniques et de conseiller nos clients ;
- Être rigoureux et précis dans le suivi et dans la gestion de ses tâches quotidiennes ;
- Avoir envie de s'impliquer dans un projet en pleine expansion.
