    The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) is an international organisation comprised of 38 Member countries, that works to build better policies for better lives.

    Our mission is to promote policies that will improve the economic and social well-being of people around the world.

    Together with governments, policy makers and citizens, we work on establishing evidence-based international standards, and finding solutions to a range of social, economic and environmental challenges.

    From improving economic performance and creating jobs to fostering strong education and fighting international tax evasion, we provide a unique forum and knowledge hub for data and analysis, exchange of experiences, best-practice sharing, and advice on public policies and international standard-setting.

    The Public Governance Directorate (GOV) works to help governments at all levels design and implement strategic, evidence-based and innovative policies to strengthen public governance, respond effectively to diverse and disruptive economic, social and environmental challenges and deliver on government's commitments to citizens.

    The Anti-Corruption and Integrity in Government Division (ACIG), within GOV, helps governments design and implement comprehensive anti-corruption strategies in alignment with the OECD Recommendation on Public Integrity, the OECD Recommendation on Principles for Transparency and Integrity in Lobbying, and the OECD Recommendation on Guidelines for Managing Conflict-of-Interest in the Public Service.

    ACIG develops standards and guiding principles, facilitates policy dialogue, generates comparative country data, and assesses and assists countries' public integrity systems.

    ACIG is looking for a Communications Officer to help increase the impact of OECD's work on public integrity via strategic communication and outreach.

    S/he will have in-depth knowledge about social media channels, creation of content, engagement strategies and monitoring.

    S/he will be fully at ease in digital environments, and will have a proven ability to source, pitch and create stories and to analyse and transform complex and technical issues into compelling and informative narratives.

    Online communication and social media
    Prepare, edit and post compelling quality content for social media and the web.

    Create social media toolkits for campaigns (video, graphs, dataviz ...) Help align the digital communication efforts of GOV with corporate best practice and coordinate closely with the Directorate for Communication (COM) on corporate priorities.

    Training and knowledge sharing
    Stay abreast of OECD substantive discussions on public integrity.

    Engage with network of communicators on topics related to public integrity and disinformation to share best practices and develop joint campaigns.

    Cultivate in-depth understanding of social media platforms and communication trends to guide colleagues and contribute as a thought leader on best practices across platforms.

    An advanced University degree or equivalent preferably in international relations, economics, political and social sciences, communications, journalism or related field.

    A minimum of 5 years' experience in social media and communication.
    Excellent writing, copyediting and proofreading skills with the ability to make complex information accessible.
    Familiarity with social media platforms, such as X (ex-Twitter), Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube....

    A good understanding of the role of monitoring and listening as an essential part of social media: Knowledge of social media monitoring analytics tools.

    Familiarity with social media dashboard, Google Analytics, Adobe CS Suite, Photoshop, Canva and/or video editing tools.

    Fluency in English, and knowledge of French, with a commitment to reach a good working level.
