Vous travaillerez au sein d'une équipe dynamique et innovante créée pour développer de nouveaux produits novateurs de manière rapide et efficace. Nous l'appelons l'équipe « Future Transportation Systems »
Fonctionnant de manière agile, l'équipe Future Transportation Systems (FTS) de Safran Landing Systems (Safran LS) est située au sein d'une organisation d'ingénierie bien établie qui dispose donc de décennies d'expertise en matière de systèmes d'atterrissage pour soutenir et complémenter les idées innovantes de notre équipe.
En tant que membre de l'équipe, vous serez amené à travailler sur une variété de sujets techniquement complexe et challengeant, tels que le développement de nouveaux systèmes d'atterrissage pour les dernières innovations en matière de transport. Les projets actuels et antérieurs comprennent des solutions de freinage d'avion en rupture des technologies actuelles, des systèmes d'atterrissage plus électriques, l'Hyperloop et bien plus encore.
Vous aurez l'opportunité et la responsabilité d'aider au développement rapide de nouveaux produits, de la théorie jusqu'aux tests Hardware (en laboratoire). Innovons ensemble

Si votre candidature est retenue, vous travaillerez au sein de l'équipe Future Transportation Systems de Safran LS et participerez à la conception de systèmes de train d'atterrissages avancés et innovants, répondant aux besoins techniques de l'aviation de demain. En tant que stagiaire électromécanique, vous serez amenés à travailler sur le design, l'analyse et les tests de concepts uniques centrés sur le freinage d'aéronefs de taille variées.
Votre mission sera de :
- Développer de nouvelles solutions de freinage en rupture avec les concepts actuels
- Réaliser les premières esquisses à la main et modèles 3D sous CATIA V5
- Établir la faisabilité de la solution, mécanique (calculs EF) et pratique (usinabilité, montabilité, complexité).
- Élaborer les dessins techniques des pièces et assemblages en vue de la fabrication de prototypes.
- Travailler avec les industriels pour réduire la complexité, les coûts et délais de production tout en optimisant le concept.
- Monitorer et palier aux besoins lors des tests.
En tant que membre d'une équipe internationale, vous travaillerez avec des employés et des stagiaires repartis sur plusieurs sites et localisations à travers le monde. Donc, un bon niveau d'Anglais est requis.
Job Requirements
Profil recherché :
• En fin de cycle (ou presque) de formation ingénieur dans le domaine de la conception et de l'analyse mécanique.
• Expérience avec les logiciels de CAO et analyse par éléments finis, CATIA V5 et ANSYS/ABAQUS est un plus.
• Intérêt aussi bien pour les phases de développement que les phases de tests/intégration et validation.
• Bonne connaissance des principes de Tolérancement Géométrique et Dimensionnel
• Compréhension des principes de transferts thermiques est un plus.
• Expérience de la modélisation thermique à différents niveaux de fidélité est un plus (par exemple, modèles 1-D, analyse des éléments finit thermique 3D)
Qualifications générales:
• Capacité et volonté d'apprentissage de nouvelles techniques (intégration de systèmes magnétiques, prototypage)
• Capacité d'adaptation pour les tâches d'ingénieurs requises (conception, analyse, recherche de produits, etc.)
• Solides compétences interpersonnelles et capacité de travailler efficacement en équipe, d'accomplir des tâches avec des ressources limitées et rapidement.
• Niveau de compétence intermédiaire sous Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Expérience pratique acquise dans le cadre d'équipes de projets d'ingénierie, de recherches en laboratoire ou d'un stage ou d'une expérience de travail antérieure.
• Haut niveau d'anglais (écrit et parlé).
